Working Requirement of Flue Dust Briquette Machine 1.Particle size of the material should smaller than 1mm in 30-40%; 1mm-2mm in 30-40%, the biggest particle size should smaller than 3mm around 10%. 2.Water content should be 5%( water content has biggest impact in ball forming, it has big different when the water content is more or less, so ensure the water content are evenly.) 3.Materials are not allowed to have any iron block or other high hardness block impurities inside to avoid the damages of the roller and shaft of the briquette machine, users should install a iron removal equipment.
