Product details
We supply plain or ribbed PC Strand (pre-stressed concrete strand) material ranging from 2 wires, 3 wires, 7 wires and other sizes with high tensile strength and ductility. It's mainly used in civil construction, energy source sea transportation, and so on.

One PC Strand is made of three kinds of wires. The biggest one is in center, 9 smallest near it, 9 outside.
PC strand made of different wires increases its tensile strength greatly. It can be used for bridge or road structure.Pre-concrete strands are bound with straps in one big coil.
With high ductility PC (pre-concrete) strands are packed by straps in coils. PC strands are used in crane beams, floor slabs and stadiums.
Specification
Diameter: 4-20 mm.
Type: 1 × 2 strand, 1 × 3 strand, 1 × 7 strand, 1 × 19 strand.
Standard: ASTM A421-2002, GB/T 5223-2002, ASTM A648, BS 5896-1980, EN 14620 and BS 7777.
Material: high carbon steel.
Bending Times (180°) ≥ 4.
